Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, wigs, hair extensions, closures, frontals, and cosmetics (e.g., lip gloss) are non-returnable, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or altered hair products

  • Opened cosmetics

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Once reviewed, we’ll offer an exchange or store credit if your claim is approved.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit to be used on your next purchase.
  • No cash refunds will be processed.
  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
