Return Policy

At Vanessa Oforiwaa, we maintain a rigorous quality control process to ensure our clients receive only the finest products available. Please inspect your hair thoroughly before use or installation.

Due to the bespoke nature of our collections, all Vanessa Oforiwaa products are custom-made to your specifications. Therefore, we maintain a Strict No-Return Policy with no exceptions.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, exchanges may be considered exclusively under the following terms:

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item different from your order, we will exchange it for a product of equal value. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

  • Timeframe: Any request for an exchange must be initiated and the product returned within 72 hours of the recorded delivery date.

  • Hygiene & Condition: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept any product that has been worn, washed, colored, cut (hair or lace), or styled. This includes the application of any adhesives or hair care products.

  • Original Packaging: All items must remain in their original, unaltered packaging with all tags and seals intact.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • All shipping costs, handling fees, and transaction charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a courier service with tracking and delivery confirmation. Vanessa Oforiwaa is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

  • The original product must be received and inspected by our team before any exchange is processed.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items do not meet the criteria mentioned above.
